Kachumber salad (Vegetable salad) Recipe

Kachumber salad is a bowlful of crunchy goodness that is quick and easy to make. This salad is low in calories, fats and carbohydrates but full of nutrients. Serve the salad with any light meal or main dish to make a perfect meal. Get into habit of having this sort of salad on table with every meal.

Ingredients:

1 medium size cucumber, seeded and diced
1/2 medium size white radish, diced
1 medium sized tomato, seeded and diced
2 green chillies, chopped
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 medium size carrot, diced
Pinch of black pepper
1 medium size green pepper, diced
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe:

1.Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Serve cold or at room temperature.
